About this project
This project involved a full transformation of the front of the property, turning the existing garden and boundary into a much cleaner, more practical driveway and entrance area.
The aim was to improve everyday access and parking while retaining a traditional appearance that suited the house and neighbouring properties. STL Build managed the project from initial clearance and excavation through to ground preparation, new brickwork, block paving and final finishing.
The result is a smart, practical and carefully finished frontage that improves both kerb appeal and day-to-day usability.
Brief
The homeowner wanted to make better use of the front of the property by creating a more practical driveway while improving the overall appearance of the entrance.
It was important that the new frontage felt in keeping with the home, rather than looking overly modern or out of place. The brickwork, curved wall design and traditional detailing were all chosen to complement the existing property.
The Result
The completed project has transformed the front of the property, creating a cleaner, more usable driveway with a traditional finish that suits the home.
The new curved brick boundary wall adds structure and character, while the block-paved driveway provides a practical surface for everyday use. By combining groundworks, brick detailing and careful finishing, the project has improved both access and kerb appeal.
